Non-Returnable Items

Perfumes, scented candles, and customized gifting products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. These items fall under personal care and hygiene-sensitive categories and cannot be resold once opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We offer replacement in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or leaking
  • Wrong item delivered

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear and uncut unboxing video as proof

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Customized Orders

All customized or personalized gifting orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during transit.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
